Who Are We?

The VHS Music Association is a group of Voorhees High School Parents who work with the Administration, Teachers, Staff, Music Students, and other Parents to provide physical, emotional, and financial support for the students and activities involved in all areas of the VHS Music Department.  We invite and encourage anyone and everyone to attend our meetings and events to find out what we're all about.

The Music Association meets in the VHS Music Room usually on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm. These meetings are the forum for the planning and development of all that we do.

What Do We Do?

♫ Logistical Support for the Marching Band during band season including Band Camp, Football Games and Competitions

♫ Fundraising support to lessen the personal financial impact of group trips such as the Marching Band performance at Disney World in March of 2005

♫ Stage Decorations for Concerts

♫ Refreshments at Concerts

♫ Scholarship Awards to deserving graduating Seniors at the end of each school year.

(* To be eligible for consideration for one of these scholarships, the senior's family must have been members of the Music Association for at least two of the four years in the school, including the Senior year.)
